Nick Sullivan is proud to call Colorado home where he has established a unique musical career that has blended success on both sides of the glass. Having played in two renowned Denver bands; American Relay and Peña, Nick has done it all on the performance side of things from touring the US to multiple festival appearances.
While also playing in bands, Nick has become a dynamic audio engineer/producer and whose success was recently rewarded with 2 Grammy nominations for his work on the Los Lobos record “Tin Can Trust”. Engineering professionally since 2010, Nick has had the opportunity to record some of Denver’s finest artists including The Swayback, John Common, The Photo Atlas, and The Knew along with national artists as Brad Corrigan (Dispatch), Los Lobos, and Dispatch.
Not only just a studio engineer, Nick has also been a successful live engineer and has worked with such artists as The Twilight Singers (Greg Dulli and Mark Lanegan), Rocky Votalato, The Appleseed Cast, Starfuckers, Telekenisis, Lannie Garret, Chris Daniels and the Kings, Tennis and Khaira Arby to name a few. Currently Nick freelance engineers at local clubs such as Lannie’s Cabaret and The Hi-Dive.
